If you see field names you probably will not use in your main document, select the name from the Field Names in Header Row box and click the Remove Field Name button. If there is a name you wish to add, type it in the Field Name box and click the Add Field Name button. Note: field names can not have spaces in them. ex. AmountDue; DueDate. When you are finished with the list, click OK. The Save As dialog box will then appear for you to save your data source document (even though you have not entered actual names and addresses yet). Once you save your data source document, you will be prompted to either enter data into your data source document (Edit Data Source) or to create your main document (Edit Main Document). |
