	All About Email Learn how to create an e-mail using some of the more popular e-mail providers, including several free Internet e-mail applications such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Lycos and more. In this hands-on, lecture and demo class you will learn how to get an email address, send, receive, forward and reply to e-mail. After you have mastered the basics, you will learn how to attach files, photos and images to the e-mail you send and download attachments sent to you. 	We’re Wireless! If your wireless network is accessible in your conference room, our All About Email and All About the Internet classes can now be offered hands-on.


	All About the Internet In this class, you will learn how to get online, search for information, visit websites, understand the jargon of the Internet, download files, and more. This class can be offered hands-on, with our wireless laptop computers, if you have wireless Internet access in your conference room.
